I created a contractor management system which enables anyone visiting your site to sign-in and get inducted on their own phone.
A site owner creates their own custom induction process, which every contractor has to complete upon singing-in for the first time. SiteSafe also enables the creation and tracking of live work requests, and it will tell you exactly how many hours every contractor and company have spent on-site each month.
Anyone is able to create a SiteSafe account and start managing contractors arriving at their site, school, high-rise, shopping centre, etc.
A single site subscription is paid monthly.
You can purchase as many sites subscriptions as you like.
At any time, you can pause any site subscription, there are no hidden fees or setup costs.
SiteSafe will store the map location of anyone signing-in and out of your site. If a visitor is not physically on-site, they will not be able to sign-in or .
Total hours spent on-site by each contractor is displayed, making it easy to compare hours against invoices.
Site managers are notified of any persons failing to sign-out within 12 hours.
The site manager creates a custom induction process which can consist of questions, statements and videos.
Any contractor singing-in for the first time, will need to complete the induction process. This can all be done on their own phone.
Once the contractor is inducted, they won't need to be inducted for another 12 months.
A site manager creates work requests for any of his preferred contractors, they do not need any accounts to receive the work request.
The contractor can approve or deny a work request on the spot.
Once a contractor accepts the work request, the site manager is kept up-to-date with the status of each work request. From when it is accepted, to when the contractor first signed-in for it and when the contractor completes the request.
Total hours spent on the request is also calculated.
